Dataset: Tier 1 Pilot A results 2022 for UGENT

Results for Tier 1 Pilot A study in 2022. Ct-value’s are given. Next to it a category (Cat.: L= low, M= medium, H= high) is given if different dilutions of a DNA plasmid, containing the target sequence, were added, to provide an estimate of the amount of DNA or RNA present. Virus: L means < 10^4 genome copies, M means between 10^4 and 10^7 genome copies, and H means > 10^7 genome copies per bee. Varroa: Y (Yes) if 100 bees or more were sampled. Nosema: spore-number per bee is given.
